Returns and Exchanges
- Important: Tampered packages shown in the video will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Do not accept the package if it is delivered tampered. Notify the courier and contact us immediately.
- Handling Responsibility Buyers are responsible for properly storing and handling items after delivery, especially food products. Refunds will not be provided for damage caused by improper storage.
- Exchanges are available for unopened products only, and the buyer will shoulder the shipping fee.
- Return Shipping Costs The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All shipping and associated fees are non-refundable.
